Meat Processing

The guide fee of $50 a day includes the following:

  • Removing the animal from the field
  • Gutting, skinning, and quartering the meat
  • Refrigeration of the meat until your departure

For a nominal additional charge, we can also offer full processing of your meat. This service includes:

  • De-boning of all meat
  • Slicing of steaks, chops, and roasts
  • Individual wrapping, vacuum packing, and put in walk-in cooler

If you do not want to take the meat, we can donate the meat to a local charity in your name for possible tax write-offs (check with your personal tax accountant to see if you qualify.)
